Urtheritis swollen split meatus

5 weeks and a day prior I had a unprotected vaginal and oral encounter (M/F)

4 days after pain in urethra pain when urinating 2x

Went to the dr who tested for all stds to include HSV 1/2 IGM. All negative. Urine culture showed rare bacteria and wbc but no bacteria grew. Since I have been given DOXY for 10 days. CIPRO for 12. Azmithroyicin 1G. About a week ago my meatus inflamed and now I have what look like two red lips and thin discharge that can only been seen when I look. I have been tested once again  for everything. All results negative except Igg which they had to send out. Could this be HSV?

I doubt it's HSV, but it could be a fungal infection from all the antibiotics you were given.

I'm curious - you say that no bacteria grew, and also that a rare bacteria was found. Can you explain that?

Is your urine stream normal? Any pain with urination?
