Very concerned this is genital herpes (photo)

This irritation developed recently on the under side of my penis. I have not had unprotected sex since February. It doesn't really hurt, the only time I have noticed it is during masturbation.

Could it be herpes?

i last haved unprotected 2013 n did tested for stis n dignoused for wat i dnt knw include burning , blood urination , now i have develped pimples on mu stomuch , pupic hair , face . I tested fr stis last month n the doctor said my blood was clean , dont herps shows on de sti results? I never tested for heprs or is it because im developing hair in my face , stomuch ,n growing more teeth ? Hi, we dont look at photos. What your describing is not suggestive of herpes. Most often are on the shaft not the head. Also they  are very often painful. It would appear your causing it from masturbating. Try using some lubes.
