Virgin with buttocks blisters. (Should I be worried about herpes?)

Hello to all that read this.

(Sorry for the TMI in advance)

This morning I woke up with an excruciating blister on my right butt cheek. I used a mirror to see what it looks like and it's a medium-sized blister going in a straight line with a small little one next to it. It hurts so much that I find it REALLY difficult to sit down properly now. It does not itch at all.

It was not there yesterday and I do not recall being scratched in that area or sitting on anything sharp in recent memory. This blister seems to have come up very suddenly overnight.

i should add that I have NEVER experienced this before.

Getting a Dr's appointment where I live is unreasonably difficult as they are fully booked for the next few weeks. So after searching the net instead, most search results suggest it may be genital herpes. Here's a few reasons why that confuses me:

1. I am a virgin who has never had any sexual contact besides kissing (24 year old female)
2. I have never had a cold sore and I don't share drinks/makeup/etc
3. I am a very health-anxious person and keep myself very clean all the time to prevent catching anything; I never even sit on public toilet seats
4. I am worried that I may have caught something (possibly herpes) from sitting on something sharp unknowingly
5. I am worried that I may have caught something (possibly herpes?) from using the toilet paper at work (because there are a few colleagues who I believe to have herpes 1 and/or 2
6. A woman I work in close contact with may have herpes (based on symptoms she tells me about) and she does not dress appropriately or cover herself up much (very short dresses, thin stockings; therefore lots of flesh touching surfaces), could I catch herpes by sitting on the same seats she sits on immediately after?
7. Could I have maybe scratched that area in my sleep and it has formed a blister?
8. If it is not herpes then what could it be?

I am aware I may sound irrational to some who read this, but I have never had ANY type of sex with anyone, not even oral. And I have never had a blister on my butt cheek before. So this is really confusing me.

Thank you if you managed to read all of this and thanks in advance for any answers to my query.

Any chance it's a boil or a cyst? I've gotten those on my buttocks and on the back of my thighs before and they make it very uncomfortable to sit. Generally the DR can take care of them, just try not to poke or prod at it because you could push the infection deeper and into other areas of your butt. Last time I had one I was freaking out the same as you and popped it myself, very painful and the Dr prescribed me some antibiotics Wichita honestly just made me feel even worse lol (circumstances slightly different due to past partner having hsv) but feelingundone is 100% correct you've had zero chance of exposure

You can not get herpes any of the ways you describe. Not possible. The virus doesn't live on objects and you need it to be essentaily massaged in. Safe to say it isn't hsv since you have had no sexual contact
