enough kcheese and mistakeguy - no reason to argue about this and it's gone past the point where it's being helpful to anyone.

bottom line is the original poster needs to be seen and get a proper work up. we can guess until the cows come home but nothing replaces a proper exam.

Your assumption that the poster may lack inputting the full details while trying to find help on their own initiative may seem like a great point. But it works against your argument. If this was the case, nobody should even be giving suggestions cause there could always be someone who leaves out a few symptoms or forgets.

Who should be determining which poster is forgetting symptoms?
All of a sudden this poster somehow cannot communicate his own symptoms? Why don't you apply this theory of yours and add it to every comment you make?

And if this is your argument, this entire forum cannot function unless we have all of the posters medical history. Fortunately for all of us, there is a big disclaimer on the left column and bottom if you haven't read it already.

And back to your more realistic idea of yeast papules, if the poster is seeing "smaller than a pen tip bumps" they would clearly be able to see the dots with a red surrounding them as well. And if someone is able to see smaller than pen tip bumps, then they cannot fail to mention red if there was any. Lets not also forget that yeast papules would be bigger than a pen tip. But of course the poster is probably too stupid as well to recognize flaming red impressions on his penis and mention it.

I have seen your posts, when you mention ratios you give the poster the benefit of the doubt. You never say, 1/10 have false negative, you could be the lucky one. You never use this tone, but for some reason, you like to suggest something more in this thread.

And how can you judge warts ARE NOT like that? Multi colored pen tip sized warts in a line surrounding the penis head bottom? You have seen it? Indulge me. If you are just trying to be a skeptic, then maybe you should practice what you are trying to preach to all your other threads.

The poster says he practices safe sex and is careful all his life, not worth a penny to factor in as well right?
But of course in your view, even condoms wouldn't work cause he is just the chosen one. When we say condoms greatly reduce all STDs transmittance, even HPV, by at least 70%. He MUST be the chosen one who gets STDs through condom protected sex.

But wait, he must be too shy to mention he forgot to mention he didn't use condoms once or forgot right?

Good job at contributing all the useless variables.

I am not going to aruge with you in a posters comments.

However, How are you sure that Warts aren't going to be like this?  How do you know the poster doesn't see a dimple but does not feel it warrant to be posted?

Your stating something is impossible and nothing else could be it but what you said.  I would also disagree that there is nothing else.  Again unless you are medically trained (to which based on your posting history shows you are not) you can't make that statement is what I am telling you.

Helping posters to understand that a bump they have could be something is different then saying what you did which is "THIS IS IT".  A doctor needs to be the one saying that.  You said a doctor needs to look at it that is great.  Because in all honesty it could be a few different things as well.  I don't feel I need to discuss those other then to say that a doctor (and a dermatologist) would be better at providing additional information.

The reason why I said what I said is cause of this one line alone:
"The bump's are aligned in a line on both side's like behind the head." 4th post from top

Warts are not going to be systematically in a line on both sides of the head. They are also not going to be a white and red in that very same line. MC is impossible for it to be in a line like that on BOTH sides of the head. It also misses the key characteristic of having small dimples in the middle. None of those two can be aligned in a line like that

There really is nothing else, yeast pustules, yes, could be. But that wouldn't explain his pen tiped sized bumps that are all in a line around the bottom of his penis head. Way too much and way too systematic cause it is on a line.

I do understand what you mean, and internet diagnosing is not reliable or safe.
But the only reason I would state that is cause what he has described is way too systematic for other symptoms.

Bottom line: Please confirm with the doctor as I am not a professional doctor.(As I have repeated before above)

While it may seem as such to point that it is the crown of the penis and is pearly penile papules they could be other things like maybe Yeast Pustules.  Or various other things.  When advising a poster with bumps it is recommened that you refer them to a professional.  Unless you are medically trained and licensed to diagnois a person I would say avoid that and refer them to a professional who can point them in the right direction.  However, it is your choice what to post.

My corrections though applied to your statement it wasn't MC or HPV wasn't a concern from the encounter 3 months ago.  This was incorrect to assume it isn't a concern.

But yes, we aren't professional doctors or dermatologists, so you should go to a doctor if they don't look like the Pearly Papules for a definitive answer

The bumps he is seeing, white, red dots, is all in a line that is ALONG the crown of his penis.

If it is ONLY along the crown of the penis, those are Pearly Penile Papules.
Maybe I should be more specific, Jim3670, if those red and white dots you see that are ON THE RIM/EDGE of the crown of your penis, and only if they ALL reside there, those are Pearly Penile Papules.

Hopefully when I say the Crown of the penis, he wouldn't mistake it for the entire penis head. If you have dots/pimples on the penis head that is not only isolated on the edge/rim of your penis crown, then those would not be Pearly Penile Papules.

KCheese:  I am not sure where you got that from as for his bumps.  MC and HPV can be found at any age (MC is more often found in children) and HPV can be spread in sexual encounters.

Jim3670 You need to see your doctor.  These bumps could be anything.  Showing a doctor is the best thing. While people may post here responses we can't see your bumps and they need to be seen by someone who can diagnosis you.  Condoms do not fully protect one from HSV.

If these bumps have been around for 24-48 hours be seen today so you can do a swab culture if need be.  While the encounter is low risk it does happen.

But for sure it is not a STD, so you wouldn't be able to find the best answers here on the STD forum for your tongue.

Sounds like it could be geographic tongue, or maybe oral thrush. But if you have had it for 3 years now, I doubt it is thrush. Geographic tongue would be an explanation, but you should get a second opinion.

I doubt it is of health concern to you, but you should consult a doctor just a GP or oral expert to see what it is if it is bothering you. Probably more of a cosmetic issue rather than health issue.

No, don't worry about HPV and Molluscum Contagiosum in your case.

If these bumps are on the CROWN of the head of your penis, they are Pearly Penile Papules. These are not contagious at all nor caused by a STD.

There is no cream that I know of that can get rid of the bumps. But its only a cosmetic concern, you could get it laser burned off, but that would be extreme. Just leave them.

Is HPV or Molluscum Contagiosum curable ? Also is there any type of ointment or cream that would reduce or dissipate these bump's ?

If your last encounter was 3 months ago.. the only STD that can really produce the symptoms are HPV or Molluscum Contagiosum.

But from what you describe, it doesn't sound like any of those and it most likely isn't.

If these bumps and dots are ONLY on/around the crown of your penis, these are Pearly Penile Papules. It is entirely natural and many people may have it. It is not contagious nor is it a STD. Just a skin variation.

The bump's are aligned in a line on both side's like behind the head, and they do have there own texture like some are white and some are just swollen red/pink. Dude I'm only 19 this better not be an std, I've been careful my whole sexual life so far. But I do really!! appreciate the input.

Can you describe what they look like a bit?

Do they have their own texture that is different from the rest of your skin?
Are they clustered together?
How long have you noticed it?
Have they changed at all?
Is it a pattern? The bumps are all aligned in a line?
