What are the chances of transmitting herpes genitales

Hello I am a 22 year old female. Since 4 years I was diagnosed with herpes genitales. In these four years I have had three outbreaks. My last one was a year ago.
I am not on anti-viral medicines, I live healthy with exercising and healthy food.
Two days ago I had unprotective sex with a boy, it was the heat of the moment and after maybe 1 minute we said lets not do this.
Now I am very scared of having transmitted the virus to him. Is there a big chance?
thanks

The chances are very small. Less than one in a thousand.

Feelingundone. hope you or lesleydancona don't mind me jumping in but that makes sense. Is the main reason the shortness of the encounter or infrequency of outbreaks? Thanks.

Thank you feelingundone for you answer. This makes me feel a bit more relaxed. Still I can;t stop thinking about it and feeling anxious a lot. :(((

I understand completely. In these types of situations we always fear and look to the worst case scenario. In your case the odds were very low and the brief time frame made those odds even smaller.
