If you have herpes how soon did the symptoms appear? I think I might have it
Hello I had protected sex 2 weeks ago and I'm still paranoid that I might have herpes. I don't know if the person was infected and I haven't had any symptoms like the flu or blisters but it does feel tingly on the top part of my genital area. Can herpes only enter the body from a cut/Crack in the skin or the mocous memberane? Please help with any info. Also if anyone reading this has herpes how soon did you get your first outbreak after exposure? What signs do I need to look for? Please help I'm still very scared
Thank you so much for your answer. I feel a little bit relieved now. We didn't have oral but we did kiss. There's was no visible sore on the lip but if I did contract HSV1 how long does it take for symptoms to appear?
These do not sound like symptoms of herpes.
The average time for the lesions to appear is 4 days after infection and most everyone is inside 2 weeks.
