What can this pimple be?

male 39, caught oral herpes (HSV-1) just last year and had a couple cold sores already. I also purchase an 8-panel STD test kit recently and only HSV-1 showed positive. I have been fighting flu-like symptoms for around 2 months now. all started with dizziness, fatigue sore throat and an annoying white coat on the back of my tongue. When the symptoms first hit, I noticed a single pimple on my cheek about an inch away from the bottom right of my nose. the pimple looked like an insect bite and was itching really bad. However, the itchy feelings eased a bit when I applied alcohol. A couple weeks later the pimple busted into blisters before it was totally cleared.
my questions are:
1- Can this pimple be caused by Herpes virus? If so, will future outbreaks be as sever?
2- I still have a mild sore throat and the annoying white coat on the back of my tongue, Can this be related to a herpes outbreak?

Thank you for taking the time to read my question. God bless

2 months of not feeling well is a reason to be seen for a much more thorough work up to be done.

this most likely isn't your herpes going on on your cheek either.

your other symptoms have nothing to do with your hsv1 oral infection either.

1.  Could be HSV.  Could have been just a pimple and then you had an outbreak.  Typically HSV reoccurs near the lips, nose, or chin.  But can be anywhere on the facial area.

2.  More then likely no.  See your doctor for a work up.
