What do these symptoms point to?

I recently messed around with a female about a month ago. We did not have intercourse, but we did have oral sex and engaged in heavy petting. Recently about a week ago, i noticed itching at the base of my penis on the scrotum. It seemed like a rash that i assumed i got from the soap i had been using while on vacation, since i have such sensitive skin. A day later, i noticed a distinct feeling of coldness on my scrotum in this same spot that felt like i had applied icy hot to the area. The next few days the feeling would come and go, but moved up the shaft of my penis in certain areas. There are no visible bumps or distinct redness except for the area on my scrotum at times. Towards the end of this week i noticed the icy hot feeling turn stronger into more of a burning sensation, or at times, a stong sensation to have to urinate. I looked up certain symptoms of herpes and started to worry that this is the problem. I asked the girl i was with if she were clean and she assured me she was. There is always a possibility she is lying. The sensation comes and goes, and now it is more of an itching sensation. It's nothing too severe, but after i scratch the area it feels like more of an irritated burning. All of the symptoms i looked up lead to herpes, but then again they don't, because i dont have any of the other symptoms such as the fatigue, pain anywhere else in the buttocks or back, fever, or anything like that. I don't even have the blisters that are supposed to show and open to form ulcers. Right now i feel a slight itch and burn from where i have scratched the area, and the icy hot feeling, but that is all. The worst i've had with this problem is the strong icy hot sensation a few days ago that was very uncomfortable. I did notice some bumps, but they are not red, they look more like the hair follicles and are not filled with fluid. It looks more like a rash has appeared and they are not in a "grapevine cluster". The only thing that bothers me is the burning sensation like i have to urinate...or the icy hot sensation. I don't have any burning WHEN I urinate though.  Other than that i would say it sounds like jock itch. But then again jock itch isn't on the scrotum or penis, it's usually around the thighs. This feels and sounds like more than jock itch. I haven't been tested, and right now i'd really like some closure on this situation. I don't want to have to go to the trouble of going to the doctor, as it is embarrassing and i would like to keep this quiet. These Symptoms started over a week ago and have not disappeared yet. What do these symptoms look like or seem like they are leading to? It is also important for me to add that during the summer i gave plasma frequently, and always tested negative in all of the STD tests they ran. Not sure if herpes would be one of those, but i feel this is important to note. I have not been involved with another woman sexually in any way other than this one instance listed above since I had given plasma and been told everything was negative. Unless, this could be a result of kissing, which i doubt. Any input would be great, thanks!

I've already given you my opinion twice now - you need to go and be seen. Nothing else we can do to help you until you've been seen and gotten some testing done.  It really sounds like you are trying to rationalize not having to be seen and deal with this but you have symptoms that need proper evaluation for.

Its not really the urge to pee, but when i need to, that urge is intensified. I know i need to see a doc, but what do these symptoms seem like to you? In your opinion, what does this sound like? Thats really what i wanted to know.

You still need to be seen and you need to give an urine specimen. You have the urge to pee more often so a urine specimen is needed.  This is not something you should try to deal with at home on your own.

Also, The icy hot or aching feeling also feels like it's the shaft of my penis too. The itching is on my scrotum and also on the sides of my penis too. It feels like icy hot basically.

No, There is no Burning While Urinating. Just a burning feeling, or icy hot feeling that comes and goes. It Sometimes makes me feel like I have to urinate very badly, or it may increase that sensation, but no burning while urinating.

You need to go and get examined by your provider because you need to give an urine specimen because of the burning while urinating issue.

Otherwise it sounds like the rash and burning sensations are fungal but you need a professional exam to determine that.
