What else could this be

A couple weekends ago I slept with a new guy. A few days later I noticed that my vagina was very irritated and swollen. I went to a walk in and they suggested it was a yeast infection. The yeast infection medication did not seem to cure my pain, so I went to a different walk in clinic a few days later. He did an exam and swab samples but he told me that it looks like it could be herpes and until the results come back he was going to put me on an anti viral that is used to treat herpes. I also asked for him to perscribe me a pain killer because at this point I am in a tremendous amount of pain. It has been three days since I started this anti viral medication and my condition only seems to be getting worse. The pain killers barely help and I don't want to leave my room. I can barely sleep let alone even walk or go to the bathroom. I want to go back to the walk in clinic and suggest that something else may be wrong with me but I do not know what to do. I physically cannot wait any longer for the test results I am in so much pain that I want to die! Please help!

I am sorry you're in such pain. Are there any lesions or papercuts type lesions. The Dr that thought it was herpes, did he see any sores.
An hsv primary outbreak can be awful.
