What is it and how do i get rid of it?

I woke up this morning to find little red bumpy spots above my upper lip. It's not itchy, but it burns very little. It wasnt there last night, it just started this morning. Does anyone know what it could be from?

Without knowing what it is no way for us to offer advice.  You can work with your provider if you would like to know what to put on it.

We would only be guessing. What you describe doesn't sound like herpes; usually cold sores are blister like that eventually crust over and heal. If you are concerned, be seen by your medical provider for a proper exam.
