Did I get HSV-2?

Hi，everyone. I am from China. I did lots of reserch on the information that kindy people share in the comunnity. It is time to post my situation here.
First of all, there are no Herpeselect, Biokit and WB in China. And we get only Trinity ELISA for Blood test.
On 12 Feb 2017, I have a protected sex with a lady. We do not have oral sex for each other and I don't know her healthy status.
12 days,I feel some kind of buring and pain in my groin. The feeling lasts two days and disappear.
25 days,There is one skin damage around my anus. And I did the HSV1/2 DNA test with the secreta of skin damage. The result showed up with negtive.
55 days,There is one skin damage around my anus again.  The location of skin damage is the same as last one. I did the DNA test again and got the result that  negtive. I felt some kind of pain in my leg this time. The feeling last about 3 or 4 days.
85 days. I did the Trinity ELISA blood test and the result is present below
HSV1-IgG, 7.8  Positive
HSV2-IgG, 1.3  Postive
87 days, I retest it in another hospital and the Trinity ELISA blood test result is
HSV1-IgG, Positive
HSV2-IgG, Negtive.
Yes, There are no numercial result this time, just positive or negtive.

I did not find any symptom on my penis. Just the skin damage around my anus. Again, we did not have oral sex for each other. By the way , the doctor in China told me most of Chinese are infected by HSV1.
So here are my questions
1. Did I get HSV-2?
2. What is the accuracy of my Trinity ELISA blood test ?
3. Do I have to retest in 16 weeks?

Hi, feelinggundone. Sorry to bother you again. Just want to update my status. The lesions showed up in my anus again. And I made a SWAB PCR and blood test. The PCR is negative, but the blood test is 1.1 for HSV-2. Because the symptom repeat every month, my doctor say it definitely is herpes. And I know there may be a chance of false positve for the blood test, but the result of restest is still positive.  That is really driving me crazy.
Do you know the accuracy of Trinity blood test? Shoud i keep test again ？

Hsv2 igg bloodtests are very sensitive and can pick up on the hsv1 antibodies. These tests look for antibodies you make to combat the infection. Not the actual virus. This can lead ro low false positives. Any number under a 3.5 is suspect for a false positive. Now your second test was negative. Believe that test. Nothing you describe sounds like hsv2 and this surely was a low false positive.
A one time protected encounter is really pretty safe.

Sorry about the grammatical mistake in my descrition. It should be negative not negtive and positive not postive. Hope the guy who see this can understand the meaning.
