Which herpes will effect me most?

I just found out today I tested positive for herpes. My Hsv-1 was relatively high at 37.2 but my HSV-2 was low around 1.2. This is important due to wanting to know number of out breaks etc. Which model should I be following closely to.

You clearly have hsv1 but in my opinion you probably don't have hsv2. Hsv2 tests are more sensitive and they pick up hsv1 antibodies sometimes. It's called cross over. It's very common for people with hsv1 to have low positive hsv2 results. That's why anything under a 3.5 needs further testing.
