Hi, Oral is low risk activity and most cases of herpes is contracted from unprotected vaginal sex. Also with std,s like chlamydia and gono there would be a white penis discharge with the urethra irritation. You mention a fever which is a symptom of contracting herpes but from what you describe dont seem herpes related.
Testing for herpes is the only way to confirm you have it.
What do you think could be causing my symptoms then?
If your talking about the butt to kneecap pain, in herpes this is called prodrome symptoms but is often associated with someone who already had an outbreak.
Other than that maybe a injured nerve. Having exposure last march and correlating std concerns and symptoms now is really a long shot.
My bad i'm in the UK. I meant the 3rd October 2013
That makes a difference. Just keep an eye out for any sores that develop on the shaft area. The fever could be herpes related but the testicle pain would not and without any white discharge it may not be related to any std at all.
There has been no discharge at all and the skin around my genitals doesn't look red at all. The testicle pain was in my left testicle and the urethra pain is very slight. Could it be a UTI?
Thanks for all your help!
Usually with std,s there is a white urethra discharge. You mention the testicle pain WAS on the left side, does that mean its now gone?
No it is still there but is worse in the mornings when I first wake up. I have read a few different websites and all of them back up your claim that buttock and leg pain is associated with a recurrent outbreak and not a primary infection.
I have read testicle pain is not a symptom of any STD?
