Fever off and on for 23 days so far
would herpes initial outbreak be a possiblility for this? also have fatigue and headaches off and on. penis seems to feel a little sensitive at times too. kinda like a raw feeling.

The red spot idk if its raised or just flat and is just making the left lip to the urethra red. Its ver subtle. The right lip is pink though. Thats how i can tell its red.
Also want to add, got oral sex 24 days ago unprotected. Symptoms of low grade fever and fatigue started sine day 5 after exposure. I seem have fever and fatigue for a few days then get better for a few days then fever and fatigue come back. Slight tingling and sensitivity in groin area too. Also found a tiny red spot in urethra yesterday. It doesnt hurt or burn when i urinate. Its just sensitive feeling. Any help with this?
