anal herpes
I had a very stron pain in my anal canal three months ago, i went to one of the medclinic in my area and the doctor diagnosed me with anal herpes and she described me Valtrex 1 gm twice daily, i took the medicine for three days and i gave me alot of side effects and when i went agian to her , she told me that i can wait until the result of the culture to confirm, after few days , the culture was negative , during that perioed , i was very stressed out, i was not eating and was worried too much, after the culture, i went again and i did the blood test, and i wait and the result was negative for HSV2 but positive for HSV1 , another doctor told me that i am free from infection and i do not have anal herpes and it is just oral herpes and i do not have to worry about it.... Later on , i did the test for the rest of STDS [HIV, Clamydia, Gonorrohia & Syphilis } and the result was Negative for all and i asked another doctor and she confirmed that it was not anal herpes and it is just a hemorroides ....Everything was fine until i had a pain again, when i went to the clinic and the doctor examined me , she confirmed that it is a hemorroides and descridem me a cream for a week , i was fine and later on i had it again but for less painflr and short of time ......the questions i am having is :Is this herpes or hemorroides and i am still too much confused?

It has been more than three months since i had the pain and i did the firste one after expsosure to or al sex by almost three months and the second test after six months ...please advice me
1 - you tested too early.
2 - you can't tell if it's oral or genital herpes just because it' s hsv1. You can have hsv1 genitally. since you had the visual diagnosis of herpes, you need to continue following up on this.

I did the blood test again and the result was negative for HSV2 and positive for HSV1 and the doctor told me it is Oral Herpes
at this point repeat your blood test in another 2 months and see what it shows. you tested too early.
