G HSV1 Transmission with uninfected partner

I have been recently diagnosed with GHSV1 and I am extremely worried about giving this to a potential partner. Even on suppressive therapy, I see everywhere that transmission is very low. But obviously I received it from a partner that had no symptoms and was unaware of having it but he easily gave it to me.

The vast majority of genital hsv1 was acquired by receptive oral sex. It is extremely rare to get it by intercourse. The reason is it has few outbreaks and sheds so very little when its a genital infection. Now remember that well over half the adult population has hsv1 so for them you are no risk at all. The odds that you will ever spread the virus to someone who doesn't have hsv1 is still slim to none. I would much rather my partner have ghsv1 than oral.

So if I were to receive oral and have sex with an uninfected partner, they would be more likely to get oral hsv, than genital. Even if I'm on suppressive therapy??
