Two positives and a negative

----- A few months ago I had a blood test that came back positive for HSV II.The results of the 1st test looked like this (I don't understand what this means).

HSV Type 2- Specific Ab, IgG Type Specific... 1.19 HIGH           index 0.00-0.90
                                                                                                Negative          1.09
------Since I have never experienced and outbreak, I asked that the test be repeated.
The second test came back    0.99 High
------I had a THIRD blood test done for which I was told I tested NEGATIIVE.  The test was type specific for type I and II. It was a HSV 1/2 IGG HERPESELECT   --- my results sheet looked like this...

Type Specific AB
Herpres simplex type 1---- 0.04
Herpes Simplex type 2 --- 0.11

EIA Value
1.10 Positive-  HSV-1 or HSV-2 IGG Antibody detected.

What does this mean?? Should I go for a fourth test? A fifth test to be a tie-breaker???
Do I have HerpesII? Should I see a virologist to test for the virus in my body instead of just the antibody? How could I have the antibody without having had the virus? Is it possible that I was exposed to the virus and my immune system wiped it out/killed it and I no longer have the virus in my body? I have so many questions and every time I ask the dr. or nurse practicioner they just shrug their shoulders? Please help me....

I tested positive for hsv 2 on a igg test. The score was 1.95. I haven't gotten a hsv1 test. I'm wondering if there's a chance it could b a false positive. 90 days since exposure with no symptoms

Your first herpes blood test was a very low positive which was likely to have been a false positive. The rest of your hsv2 results have been negative. You don't have hsv2 and there's no reason to continue with any testing as follow up from the first low positive result.
