can i get herpes from licking or sniffing dirty panties?

i was licking and sniffing dirty panties from someone who i just found out is on meds for herpes
a few days later after doing this i just found a red bump on my lips, i also got a meningitis vaccine 2 days ago
is there any risk of infection of herpes from this?

No, there is no risk for this. Herpes requires direct, unclothed, skin to skin contact to transmit, like kissing, oral sex, or penetrative sex.

However, this is not a sanitary thing to do. There may be yeast, e coli, or other things on the panties. Also, if someone isn't aware that you are doing this to their underwear, it's a huge violation.
