can it be herpes or something else...

I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a sex worker on 22.12.2014 and just after 2 days i had itching on my penis head and in the morning i notice white pimples on penis head no pain but they just itch a bit. I had also developed excessive urination  after two days but no burning sensation. I went to doctor and he prescribed anti fungal cream which i used for 2 days the itching on penis head went away but i noticed that my penis shaft had become very dry and rough. I went to doctor again and this time he had given azithromycin , fluconzole and doxycelenie for a week along with anti fungal cream. The pimples went away and i also got red pimples which burns alot when urine touches them but everything was cleared after 12 days. But after 3 or 4 days i started getting these white pimples again and again. I also developed burning sensation while urinating like something is struck in my urethra. Doctor said it might be uti and given me medicine for it for a week. The burning sensation went away but i still keep on getting the white pimpled on penis head after every 4 or 5 days and i apply anti fungal cream on them and they get cleared after 2 days. After almost 1.5 months from exposure i had developed itching and bit of swelling in my thighs which was  very strange for me. I thought it might be genital herpes but my doctor said herpes will give you sores on your thighs and penis. But i never developed any sores on thighs. But after 10 days i developed burning sensation in my thighs and swelling also increased. I feel soreness in my thighs but nothing in visible just itching and burning sensation in thighs and white pimples on penis head which also inflamed my penis head sometimes. But after 3 months the pimples stop coming and they had not appeared for almost for 20 days but my inner thighs are still swollen and itching has now covered my scrotum and balls area too. I had used plenty of anti fungal creams on my thighs but they are still swollen and itch alot. The pimples again come back on my penis head but this times they just go away by washing only.

I had hiv combo test after 28 days, 75, 88, 93, 102 and 111 days all came negative by the grace of god. I also had syphilis test after 60 days the result was non reactive. I also have herpes 1 and 2 test after 3 months which was also negative. I have no discharge at all so my doctor says chances of gonorrhea is very less but he had asked me to get tested for chyamldia and my results are awaited.

I am still having swollen and itchy thighs and just 4 days back i had also developed pain in my legs. I am really confused what kind of std it is.....i think i am having herpes but my blood test was negative after 3 months and my thighs ate swollen and itchy for almost 2 months. I am very depressed. My doctor says it is just anxiety and nothing else but only a sufferer can tell the pain he have.....please respond back if you have any suggestions etc...or try to figure out what it is...

your symptoms are not herpes related.

you have to use antifungal cream twice a day for a full week after the rash has disappeared. You keep only partially treating your fungal infection which is why it keeps coming back. Top it off, they've thrown a lot of antibiotics at you needlessly too which is only adding to your issues :(
