could this have spreas

I recently got my first cold sore at 29 im freakin. I did not know it was a cold sore and i must have spread it to my arm and my genitals. is this possible because it sure seems to be the case. how long will this last its been a week and a half. when this goes away will it come back all over my body or just a cold sore on my lip somebody please help. I feel like I dont even know where i got it I have been with anyone kissing or anything in 9 months. and she has never had this what going on please help.

Have you been tested to know you even have herpes? Herpes just doesn't randomly spread around the body, in fact autoinnoculation is uncommon. You would need to get a swab/culture of any lesions to know it's herpes going on - you can't self diagnose.

Both you and your partner should get blood tests to know your herpes status. Request an IgG type specific blood test at this point - and of course be seen within 48 hours of symptoms for a swab/culture.

Where on the arm exactly? What are the symptoms?

I would see a medical provider to verify your diagnosis.
