do i have a chance of contacting herpes? pls help

Im a 23 year old sailor. i went on a shore leave at brasil.i had protected vaginal intercourse with a girl on 16th and again on 18th. On 19th morning i noticed a tiny pimple on my penis. It had a hair growing from inbetween, it was more like a slight swelling when a hair is pulled. it was white in colour and was present at the end of my penis where the condom wasnt covered. I shaved that area and to find out there was no opening, no firm base, no redness,no watery fluid, im not feeling dehydrated or feverish no muscle pain no swollen glands. i thought i got syphilis so i posted my situation in the respective forum. I was told no std surfaces so quickly but when i read about herpes it said that symptoms might start from the 2nd day itself and symptoms can be so mild that it might get unrecognised. After 10 days of exposure the bump decreased in size and left just a white mark. im still 30 days away from shore to get tested and im really worried. Can herpes start surfacing in 3 days? does it sound like herpes? please help

Just adding a few details. i recieved unprotected oral sex from the girl whom i was with on 16th. She didnt seem to have any sores on her mouth near her lips from what i could see and she assured me she had no illness. It would be exact 2 days if there is any chance i might have contacted anything  and also there was no itching or any other related symptoms before the bump showed up. please help

I'm guessing the pimple is under the protected area of the condom? If so then not herpes.

A herpes infection most likely would result in a handful of lesions at the site of entry to the body that would be outside the protected area.
