Worried about Oral herpes

Im kinda worried I might have gotten hsv. Ive always had what i thought where canker sores every so often on the inside of my mouth. Just these small white painful sores that go away. But earlier this week i started sleeping with a new girl. I actually had a canker sore i think the first day we hooked up that was almost gone and i didnt like notice anything around her mouth or on her lips or anything. She also insured me she didnt have any stds (but i dont trust people these days). This morning when i went over there tho i noticed i had a little stinging sensation on the inside of my upper lip in the middle. The canker sore is gone and i can barely even see this thing but its sore to the touch. I didnt notice any sores anywhere on her but did have unprotected sex like an idiot. I havent noticed anything odd about my penis but just kinda paranoid about this tiny sore i just noticed this morning. Does it sound just like a canker sore to you guys or Hsv. Its so tiny its barely visible and its got a tiny white dot like a canker sore would have.

Cold sores are just another name for herpes lesions caused by HSV1 or HSV2. An oral HSV1 infection is no big deal at all, something 70% or more of the adult population has.

Also if i do have cold sores is that even a big deal i need to tell chicks about? Like ive heard tons of people openly complain about cold sores. And if they really are cold sores whats the difference in those and lesions?

I did get tested awhile back and everything was good but ive been with like 4-5 girls since and this last girl just has me kinda paranoid. When people usually break out arent they usually in clusters and arent they usually on the outside of the lips?

This doesn't sound like a herpes lesion at all.
Have you ever tested for HSV1, big chance you already have this.
