dont know what are the symptoms
2 Months ago I recieved an unprotected oral sex from an sex worker.
After two days i felt a throbbing pulsing sensation (no ache ~ dull) in my lower abdomen for two days.
I got scared and started checking my penis head.
and the pulsing throbbing sensation migrated to my right lower abdomen and then it migrated to my right testicle (with in a week ) and it gave me dull ache whenever it throbs.
though it didnt cause pain, it is disturbing. during these dull aches, i got some tingling sensation for two-three seconds in the penis head (uncircumcised)
i have no lesions, sores or spots on penis.
i caught the fear of hiv and herpes and started worrying a lot. i don't know what to do. I was about to get married.this drives me crazy.
i read in the internet people have contracted hiv from oral sex, but it is only statistical studies involving people shows that hiv is not transmitted via oral sex.
is there any "scientific test" done for the same and documented.
and if a person has unhygienic oral (sores, blood from the gums). HIV can be transmitted easily.
my oral intercourse lasted for just 1 minute and i ejaculated in her mouth. she drank that and spitted after a second.
so i think she might have hiv from some one else.
i never had sex before and also got tested hiv negative three months back in a master health checkup.

Just because someone chews tobbaco doesn't mean they have herpes...
To answer your question wait 3 months for the HIV and Herpes testing. For the HSV testing you want a type specific igg blood test. Do not use the IgM testing.

i remember now in my boyhood days 10 years ago , i have got a puss filled pimple inside my lips. it was there a week and disappeared. i never got the pimple in lips after that.

If you had gotten herpes from that oral sex episode, you would have sores/lesions by now. The risk was too low, no need to worry, really.
As for the HIV, the risk is pretty low as well. If u need peace of mind, seek blood tests.
