earliest testing for Herpes

I am a male 40 yrs age, on Aug 4th i had sex with a CSW 3 times that night. The girl was an escort she gave me unprotected Oral and we had Protected Vaginal sex. At one event the condom had slipped while pulling out. I was really scared about this as my penis touched her outer area (Vagina) for a few seconds. She used Wet wipes to clean my penis after every act. After 4 hours when i returned home and checked my penis i could feel the condom lubricant still on on my penis and the foreskin of my penis had become white and rough. I masturbated thinking that the white stuff could go off due to friction. The next day i started feeling itching and pain in my penis with frequent urge to urinate. The penis tip had burning sensation. I was drunk that night ( of 4th Aug ) and the Climate was humid i was already dehydrated that night after a party with friends and thereafter had met this girl. I often suffer from UTI in such situations and thought this could be due to dehydration. So I drank a lot of water and tried some home remedies for UTI, i urinated every 10 mins and felt better. I thought the problem is over. But when i noticed my penis foreskin after two days it was white and rough like sand paper. When i touched the Urethra tip i felt a stinging pain. This raised an alarm and i started to feel that i have caught some STD, maybe HIV. I was tensed could not sleep for the complete week. I was scared to visit the Doctor as i am working in the middle east and testing HIV fear was worrying me. So kept trying home remedies to get rid of itch and Stinging pain. The itch and pain was not continuous but on an and off for a few seconds. Once i applied applyed Coconut oil and i felt relaxed. After 20 days i decided to visit a dermatologist and tell the whole story. I informed the doctor that i have itching and slight pain which is on and off and the tip of my penis is red. He examined and said it looks normal and may be i am paying too much attention towards it. He prescribed L CET and Canesten for 10 days, I then told him about my encounter with the CSW and shall we do some test. After hearing this he said yes you need to do STD test but after 3 months for HIV /HSV / HEP ABC and VDRL and then only he can say something. He asked me if i had pain during urinating and if there is any cloudy, yellowish discharge or foul smell. I said no, as i did not had pain during urination or any discharge. Then he said take this medicine for 10 days and if the pain persist visit again. After two days of using canesten cream i noticed the white layer on my Penis skin that started to come of from the skin after rubbing. It was white stuff like cheese. I could see my penis skin which was rough and red (irritated). In these 10 days i did not had itch and pain. i stopped using the cream and i thought i am fine. but after a week the itching started at the tip of my penis. It was red, i used to feel as if there is some creeping inside my penis tip and trying to come out. I visited the Doctor and showed him, he asked me the same question, do u have pain during urinating and any discharge and i said no. He said keep applying the cream for the whole month. I asked him why i have this problem and he said its fungal infection and will take time. Now its two months from the Incident and i am still applying the cream, no stinging pain the redness is fading but not completely gone away.
Regarding Testing : I wanted to come out of the HIV fear and so i had taken the first test at 24 days which was negative (Screening test, got the report in 40 mins). I took recently (4 days ago) another HIV test at 64 days in my home country India again tested Negative. I have read on this Forum that after 9 weeks its a good indication that i don't have HIV, i am some how realxed from teh HIV fear. However i will test again at 12 weeks to conclude. I am still applying Canesten twice daily as it gives me comfort, but the foreskin is still red (Faded) and wrinkled. as long as i apply the cream i have no icth. if i stop using the cream i feel the icthing. I also noticed that if i lift heavy items i feel pain in my penis. I had the pain during urination only once that was 15 days ago.
My question is
1. Is this could be herpes, i dont have any blister / pimple till date.
2. My anxiety is killing me, so i want to take a HSV igg test at 10 weeks, waiting for another 2 weeks to test is too long for me now in my current situation.
can the results at 10 weeks give me some indication if i have it or not. ?
3. Are these symptoms of Herpes / STD / HIV or is it a fungal infection which is hard to go as it was not treated for 22 days. ?
Sorry for making this very long, but i wanted to explain all my symptoms and acts so that you may be able to give me a proper advise / answers. Please reply as soon as possible, i am really scared..I am not able to sleep at nights.

Your good to go. No further testing is needed. You can move forward without concern. Glad everything worked out.

I will be happy to help. First of all three months is far to conservative for hiv testing. Your tests are conclusive you don't have hiv. You had no real risk for hiv either. Protected vaginal sex even with the brief condom slip is no risk at all. Hiv is not an easy virus to contract and again your risk was not realistic at all. Zero risk from your unprotected receptive oral sex!!!
As far as herpes is concerned. None of what you describe sounds like herpes at all. In fact I agree with your Dr on the fact that you are being way to focused on the genitals. I also totally agree on the fungal infection and in no way herpes related. You can test at 12 weeks for hsv2 if you like. You can test now as it will be close enough to conclusive as over 90% of people would test positive by now.
So to recap... your hiv tests are conclusive and you do not have hiv.

Hi,
Finally, after 12 weeks i have repeated my HIV 1/2 and did my first HSV 1/2. my results are negative for both.
HSV 1 : 0.12
HSV 2 : 0.23
so please confirm
1. that no further testing is required 2. and that i can start living my normal life,i dont have any STD'.
so that i can leave this fear behind and get back to my relationship with my family.
