handwashing genital herpes

hi everybody
i have genital herpes about 1 year
According  to my readings , I know my immune system prevents it to spread other parts of my body.
But still I fear to autoinoculate it to myself and i wash my hands too much after touching my genitals in the toilet ( my hands are burn and becoming red)
If someone (who has a good knowledge about hsv-2) answer to me directly , I will be relax and stop washing my hands too much .. it is an obsession i know but i can get rid of it by seeing a satisfactory answer from you.
my question is ;
Is there any even small risk for me to spread my hsv-2 to my face or my mouth or my other parts of my body if I do not wash my hands after toilet ??? ( if there is an outbreak )
thanks a lot

That is not  diagnosis, therefore it is best to obtain a blood test to be sure. Get a blood test for IgG antibodies type specific for HSV1 and HSV2.

i have hpv lesions more than 5 year and I go to doctor very often for this. Last year (in july ,13 months ago ) when he started to check my hpv lesions as usual, he saw genital herpes on my penis and he warned me genital herpes' infectious is different .From that moment , my anxiety about this and my severe handwashing started.

How were you diagnosed with herpes. Was it a positive swab?

You will not transfer the virus to your hands or face. Just standard hygiene practices of one hand wash after using toilet is all you need.
