help plz! what is it

Hi doc
2 years ago i had unprotected sex , the next day a rash appeared on my penis it covered the whole penis , it was not painful, i went to the doctor, she said it wasnt herpes , but sent me for a blood test after3 months and then again after 6 both returned negative , she prescribed me a steriod cream which cleared it up , the problem is that it keeps re-appearing! i went for another std test which again came back negative, the rash seeems to appear after sex or masturbation infrequentley , it is not painful or uncomfortbale , i went to another doctor who said it was tinea , it is worrying because in the back of my mind i think its herpes but surely 3 blood tests would pick it up, it reacts to cream , or if i roll back the foreskin it seems to "dry up" and dissapear quicker , it can appear in juss one spot or can completly cover the penis , foreskin inside and out at times , i searched on the net and i think it might be scabbies , but could they last this long?
please help

herpes isn't going to show up that often.  You also tested and were negative so you know it wasn't herpes causing it.

eczema, sensitive skin, fungal infections etc can all cause issues like you've discussed. continue to follow up on this with your provider or a dermatologist.

So I know this may be weird.... but if it is showing up after sex/masturbation, did you ever think that you could possible be a little bit allergic to your cum?  This happened to a friend of mine and he got the same rash, turns out- thats what it was!

All the best!

"you've had testing that was negative for herpes.  do you know if it was igg herpes blood testing?

anything that shows up after sex or masturbation isn't std related.  continue to follow up on this with a dermatologist if a round of antifungal cream didn't take care of it for you.

well i am tested in australia and the test is meant to be 99%, so i am sure it would be up to date top notch , so you said anything that shows up after sex or masturbation isnt std related? could you please elaborate? the doctor said eczema is also a possibilty
