herpes inside urethra??

I received unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal from a CSW about 6 days ago.  The oral sex was deep throated for about 5 minutes.  Today, I felt some slight pain around the tip and inside urethra.  When I urinate, I feel intense pain during the beginning of the urination, but the pain seems to disappear as more urine comes out.  I tried ejaculating to see if I would feel something similar, and the pain was excruciating for about 30 seconds during and after the ejaculation.  While I was masturbating, there was a slight itch inside the urethra, and sensitive at the tip of the penis.  There is some redness there on the tip of the penis, looks slightly swollen or inflamed.  I checked inside the urethra to see if I saw anything unusual, but just slightly wet inside.  I can't go get tests until a couple days.  I was just wondering if you guys think this might be chlamydia, gonorrhea, NGU, trich?  Could this be herpes inside the urethra?  I can kind of pinpoint where the pain is, if I press on a specific area of my penis and around the tip.  Sometimes it'll randomly hurt if the tip or specific part of penis rubs against the inside of my boxers.  I'm so afraid that this might be herpes inside the urethra where I can't see.  There doesn't seem to be any extreme discharge besides some minor dribbling.  I'm just feeling extremely anxious about possible herpes from this encounter.  (this also was not a one-time thing.  i saw this person about 2 times last week).  i don't already have herpes, due to recent type specific testing results being negative for both HSV-1 and 2.

I'm freaking out.  I'm feeling a lot of pain when I'm laying still doing nothing.  When I touch my penis through my pants, there is pain.  During the first two seconds of urination, there is pain.  There is a reddish swollen area, I'm not sure if this is a large bump/sore, or if it's just raised and swollen.  Yesterday, I masturbated just to test how it would affect me, and during the ejaculation hurt the most, and I think that's the reason why the head and tip became redder and more swollen.  I'm just so afraid, I don't even have time to see the doctors for a few days.  I only received unprotected oral sex, I didn't think I could get herpetic urethritis from this encounter.  Maybe it could just be regular urethritis?  or gonorrhea?  As long as it's not a herpes outbreak...Does anyone else think that my situation is very unlikely to be a primary herpes outbreak?

Does a raised area next to and around the opening tip mean that is possibly a sore?  Or is that probably just swelling/inflammation?  The raised/swollen area is mostly to the left of the meatus, but also around.

It does not sound it, but you shouldn't be poking around in there. Please let an expert doctor do that. They will swab the sore and test it for a few things. Explicitly ask for it to be tested for HSV for completeness.

I just spread open the tip, but it felt glued together.  As I spread it open, I noticed a tiny reddish/white spot inside the urethra on the right side about 1/8 inches in.  It doesn't necessarily look raised, but could this be a herpes sore?

Yes, I also thought that was a possibility and started with 'if this is an infection' as I agree it may not be. Although there is no reason to suspect that CSW have a higher incidence of oral herpes than the general population, studies show that the incidence of throat infections with various bacteria to be higher than average.

Even if it's hurting to the touch and as the tip rubs against the inside of my pants, is this still considered bacterial?  I'm wondering if it's just possible irritation from something, and might not be an infection at all?  The tip still seems to be red and somewhat swollen.

If this is an infection, it will almost certainly be a bacterial infection. A week is all that is required to test for most bacterial infections such as chlam, gon and trich.

I see no reason to suspect herpes which is very rare inside the urethra.
