herpes scare
hello i had unprotected oral sex 9-months ago and started having itching urethra and swollen a little on the tip on my penis and a redish color as well...i went to my penis doctor and he said he didnt see any evidence of herpes and gave me 10 500 mg leviqin and some cream for tip of penis redness.....my body itches all over head ,face ,arms, legs, groin, balls...my doctor thought that if it was herpes i should have had blisters by now....my wife said she has had no problems. but i am going to get a blood test will this show the virus how long befroe i get test results back? does anyone think this is herpes...ive never had clusters of blisters....thanks any info would be great......
herpes isn't going to cause issues like this. follow up on things to find out what is really going on. don't get fixated on herpes as the cause.

grace i finished the leviquin 8 pills total 500mg each i got the other day and i stared to itch all over again....do you think this is a fungal issue? was this enough leviquin to kill bacteria i have going on? do i need different antibiotics possibly?i have a appiontment to see diferent doctor to do herpes test to be sure wednesday,how long will test results take to get back?redness is still there raised skin around my ureathra itchy inside my anus itches today too ..this ***** i feel like **** emotional wreck........
This doesn't sound at all like genital herpes. Herpes will not cause all over body itching as you've described plus you saw a provider when you had symptoms who didn't feel that they looked like herpes either.
