Inside of your urethra is red as is full of blood and like i said, urethra herpes would not be from a first time infection. Understanding how herpes works helps. It need to have skin contact to be contracted and the inside of your urethra cannot make direct skin contact with the outside layers of the persons vagina it would only be a recurrent outbreak and its not common for that either.

Hi, getting urethra herpes is not common and would be extremely painful. One  person described it as one the worst pain he ever experienced. Also getting it there would not be from a new infection as would be at point of contact like the shaft area. It could occur there from a recurrent outbreak but again its rare.
