Can a herpes sore have a raised border and look like a chancre .

Reading through the posts in here i am a bit confused about frottage .
What I classed as frottage people say grinding

It was not red it just looked like peace skin taken away .
Was not sore or itchy and took a month to actually heal over

Meet a bloke we had mutual maturbation few times frottage a few times and was giving oral .on december 29th 2014 I got a sore under foreskin at top side of penis.Which lasted a month
I never got tested but other day I got tingle and penis was red for few days so I thought this was outbreak

have you been seen regularly for your symptoms? did they do any testing on you?

also scabs in the genital area, usually present differently from a scab on the knee. The skin is different and what we call a scab is actually a stage of healing, not a scabby looking thing like you get when you fall on your knees.

No, it would not last a month unless your picking at it preventing it from healing

The sore First seen on the 29th december and didnt completely heal until 30 th jam

Partner mught have testing negative for syphilis but did you? Did you have another encouter? If not again this is ver extremely unlikely to be herpes why dont you get a hsv1&2 blood test both you and your partner

Definetely not herpes it would take upto 2-3 weeks max to heal up if it was herpetic. It could have been another bacterial/vuralinfection or  genital ulcer /bump that is not herpes related

Yes I had it for 5 weeks and yes it had clear serum leaking from it

It has done appointment clinic 2 weeks I thought syphilis but partner tested neg

That might be syhilis, Did it have fluid in it? Did it ulcerate? You should go see you doctor immediately before it disappears.
