herpes

Hello. So I have been stressing for the past few months. On 8/10/15 i received protected oral sex from a csw for about 2 to 3 minutes. I did not notice any cold sores on her lips and she did not go below the condom as far as I can remember. About 5-6 days later I started feeling a pain in my left butt cheek and a little bit in my left leg. This pain felt like nerve pain except there was no sharp shooting pain or pain/tingling/burning of the skin when I touched it. It felt like the soreness you get after working out. Anyways it was difficult sitting down for long periods of time and the pain lasted for about 1 week after that it disappeared. Now after about 3 months the same pain has returned and i am also experiencing burning of the feet, tightness of hamstring and calves that are sore. This nerve pain of the butt and legs usually occurs when i am sitting down or when i am standing up. I was wondering if anybody knows if this is herpes or symptoms of herpes? Each time this has happened I have never had any pain with my penis, no itching, no redness, no swollen lymph nodes or any other symptom. I also checked my penis multiple times a day from the incident and have not seen any sore/blisters up to date. Can anybody explain what is going on and if I have herpes. Also should I go get tested or is it not worth it?

See my comments above. From that exposure you are safe.
All I can say past that statement (which should be reassuring) is to go get tested if you really feel you may have hsv.
People tend to read about obscure symptoms and translate that to themselves. Or take things out of context. If I had that same exposure knowing what I know. I would not be worried in the slightest.
I do understand however that you are stressed. so why not just get tested to prove it either way.

Hope this helps and if you do get tested please let me know how it goes.

I was just worried since this occurred a couple days after the incident and that it has returned after 3 months. Also I have been reading across the internet about how people have experienced nerve pain in their butt and down their legs especially on the left side so I started to worry. I have read that it could be a prodrome symptom so i am not sure what to make out of it. I will be seeing my physician about this since the pain only last about a week and then disappears. Also when I take ibuprofen or tylenol, the pain seems to disappear but then comes back when the medications affects wears off.

You did not contract hsv from this exposure. Or any std for that matter.  The symptoms you describe are not hsv related.
You can see you physician and describe your symptoms but hsv it isn't.
Enough time has passed for an igg hsv test to be reliable so if you can't shake the anxiety get tested
I hope this helps and please don't worry about herpes from this exposure.
