Hi can any one tell me if hsv2 can live other then on the genitals and face ??? Can they be found on back legs and arms

Really becouse I hav had little blister types on my hip , but now hav on my back and two on the arm ,! And I know if I show a gp they will say something like is a pimple

I'm thinking becouse the skin is harder on the back and arm they don't turn into blisters ! Other then like the genital area ?

Hey do u think that herps can also just look like pimples that's why so meany people don't no if there herps or not , and hav to go to the trouble of getting swobs and blood tests , if there so easy to be detected just by a doctor or health care people why do we need a test !!
