I recommend going to your doctor the next time you have a yeast infection and getting a full exam. If your doctor is testing your vaginal secretions and finding active yeast then you know you have yeast regardless of if you have genital herpes or not. If they are also seeing herpes lesions then you know you have herpes reoccuring at that time. If you have actual yeast detected then you need treatment for yeast. Herpes meds won't help yeast. If you are just having discharge that you are incorrectly self diagnosing as being yeast then you need to 1 - confirm that it's yeast and not either bacteria or normal discharge and then 2 - treat it properly. If your provider sees herpes lesions but doesn't see any yeast in your discharge then you know it's probably not yeast all this time but herpes and suppressive therapy would be the next step.
Can you get the numeric results of your blood test and post them here - ie hsv1 igg 5. 7 and hsv2 igg 3. 4 or whatever they are? We can better help you if we see them.
