Autoinokulation Herpes

Autoinoculation possible in this case?

Unfortunatelly my herpes blister "visited" me on the first day of my holidays. We spend it in a spa... So I couldn t really enjoy the time.
I used an antiviral creme from the first day on. 6 Days after the initil symptoms.. My boyfriend kissed me on my mouth and then on my genitals....
After this I had symptoms of itching but no blisters. I have had herpes labialis since I was 8 years old. This happend last year when I was 25 years old. I went to the gyn to have me testet but the gyn didn t take enough material so they couldn t test anything. There were no blister so the itching could come from the chlor water..

This year exactly one year later  I felt itching again. No blisters. I went to the gyn. She took a Pap. The Pap came back normal. She told me she would first check if my Pap shows any signs of infection and then start testing more deeply.. And the itching went away within 3 days on its own. I mean she examined me? She must have had noticed if there where blisters? I mean I had no proper spot that hurt, it was not red.

So I wonder after all is it possible or how possible is it that I had an autoinoculation the following way:

I have had blisters all the time in my life nearly each year.
I had taken antiviral cremes each day. I was in the heat chamber where there are 90°C (did that kill the virus?maybe too).

Is it possible that from kissing me on the 6th day after antivirl application (the blister was not on my lips but slightly beyond my lower lipp, and it was scratched of, my skin was just slightly red), -
that he gave me now my own hsv 1 to my genital parts. There was some time between kissing me on the lips and then on my genitals.
So long story short: Has there been enough virus shadding in my salvia so that from kissing me. my boyfriend had enough virus in his mouth which he brought to my genitals?

Thanks in Advance

Herpes in the nose is not a new infection or them spreading it. When you have an oral infection you can have an outbreak in or on the nose, lips, chin.. even in the eye. This is all part of the same nerve ganglia. Not a new infection.
Unless you got a genital infection at the same time you got your oral infection (of course that's not the case). Then it would be VERY RARE to contract it after a well established infection

Do a Google search on nerve ganglia and hsv. It's just like genital hsv can have recurring outbreaks anywhere in the boxer shorts area.
The main point here is you will not get hsv1 of the genitals.

That is an intresting point. I read so much about the ganglia which are then the hosts for the viruses during latency.

Can you recommend me something to read about this. And thank you very much for your quick and helpful answers.

I just think of my parents they have had herpes for many many years (40years) and autoinokulate themselves with herpes in the nose.

I really wonder, if those herpes blisters in the genital region are "outstanding" , like not to overlook? Would I have noticed them as such. Cause the burning was never itching just generall burning.

Short answer. No. I'd that was a primary outbreak on your lip I  would tell you the odds were very small if at all. The fact that this is a well established oral hsv infection I will tell you that there was no chance of what you describe leading to transferring the virus to your genitals. Your body produces antibodies that keep the virus in check. You can rest easy as what you have experienced is not hsv related.
