in pain... please help

I am willing to pay for help, but the herpes doctor forum is closed right now, and I need help!

9/22/2012 - Possible one-time exposure to hsv 2. No sex (oral or otherwise). My boxers stayed on, and her underwear stayed on, but there was a lot of thigh to thigh contact. Just general making out. Possibly ***icles touched her thigh. Our genitals didn't touch each other. I received a hand job but that was far away from her genital area.
10/04/2012 - Crazy facial crawling and flu symptoms. White sore on my upper gums, but swabbed and not herpes. No appetite for days. Sore throat and stomach ache.
10/20/2012 - Genital crawling starts like crazy (almost like ants, or little muscle spasms) all over the genital and leg areas. No flu symptoms at this point.
10/23/2012 - Burning on the tip of the penis. Not painful. Just burning. Crawling and burning. No painful urination.
10/26/2012 - Massive flu like attack. Back pain like you wouldn't believe. Drank literally 2 gallons of water and still thirsty. Vomitting. Most sick I've ever been in my life. Incredible itching all over the genitals shortly followed.
11/05/2012 - A couple sores on my rear end. Not painful. Lasted a few days... very spread out. Maybe like mosquito bites. Doctor said doesn't look like herpes. Opposite side of the body of where I had contact.
11/07/2012 - Nerve tingling (pins and needles) all over the place genitally. Dull pains in legs and buttocks. Enough to not let me sleep. Still plenty of itching. More nausea. Small cut on my outer right thigh. No pain.
11/10/2012 - Tested negative for hsv 1 and hsv 2 igg
Nerve tingling has pretty much gone away. Some lasting mild itching, and one 'ant bite' a day. Itching and tingling are generalized and not area specific. I thought I was in the clear until today. Mild lower back pain, a little bit of a sore throat. Swollen neck lymph nodes. Should I start on anti-virals? When do I re-test?

and you've had no obvious genital symptoms that sound herpes related to think your hsv1 is genital.

Right, but I've had previous oral sex encounters (6 months prior).

you were never at risk for herpes - either type - from the encounter in question.

Had a full battery of blood tests. Definitely had mono. HSV1 came back 2.1... the hsv1 score is sometimes negative, sometimes low positive for me. Any chance aome of the symptoms could have been HSV1 (no real outbreak down there)

herpes is not the only infection out there. follow up regularly with your medical providers as needed for symptoms to find out what is going on.

Thanks Grace... Whatever it is keeps attacking me in the same way periodically. That's the concern. I'll take both of your advice, though, and stop thinking about it.

you already asked Dr Hook this question and he already told you herpes isn't the cause for it. You didn't have sex and you had your boxers on so the encounter you are concerned about , was never a risk for herpes.

Continue to follow up with your provider as needed. You don't need any herpes antivirals.  STOP THINKING STD'S AS A CAUSE OF YOUR SYMPTOMS!!

And if you don't think it's HSV, where do I even start? I'm scared, so scared.
