inflammed foreskin...possibly herpes

well im sorry for posting something on herpes again...im still not sure thats what i have...but plz i need help if this is herpes this is my first outbreak and im only 17...im scared to death

ok well ive been reading that i should keep my penis extra clean...and well im trying but problem is i am uncircumsized and as of today i cant pull my foreskin back...its super inflammed and looks a little swollen...what do i do...i seriously cant pull the skin back for the life of me..it feels like a knife is being carved into the skin as i pull it down

will this get terribley infected if i go the night with out cleaning...im scared plz help  
how do i clean it now????

and yes i know i need to be checked out ..but i dont drive and my mom recently passed away and me and my dads relationship is terrible so i cant tell him

This sounds more like balanitis than it does herpes. You need to go be seen by your provider. The school nurse can't really help you with this and frankly I'm sure you don't want her examing your private parts anyways.  

Talk to your dad and tell him you need a doctors appointment today or tomorrow. Don't put it off or it could get worse.

I agree with waringblender, if you have no way of getting to a doctor, see your school nurse immediately!  Or maybe a friend could drive you to the doctor or an immediate-care center?

Is there a nurse at your school you can see? If you think you have a medical problem, you need to be seen.
