is it moral??

Is it moral to engage in sexual activities with someone and tell them you do not have herpes when a test at 3 months and 5 months after last sexual encounter says you are negative. But you think you have the herpes.

Having OCD doesn't mean you can ignore test results.  Your results say you are negative.  If you need to, check in with your therapist (and if you don't have one, get one).

I'm not sure what the answer is, but I'll be interested in learning.
If it were me, I would say it's moral as long as you use protection for both oral and vaginal sex...

You are doing your best to make sure you learn if you have herpes, right?
What makes you think that you have hearpes?
