herpes or syphilis ?
ok here are my symptoms
burning sensation when i urinate( well after i urinate i have a mild burning sensation)
swollen lymp glands on my groin area( they are getting smaller and my left is bigger than my right)
small red shiny spots growing(no pain or itchy)
when i touch or press the tip of my penis it hurts
small discharge mostly clear but sometimes white stuff come out
i dont urinate a lot like most stds
what could it be?

your symptoms are with urination and your rash isn't painful or itchy is what makes it sound like it's neither herpes nor syphilis.

certainly go and be seen and get a full work up done as mistakeguy suggested.
do you have a regular partner? if so, have you both talked about std's and had testing done? are you using condoms?

You should be seen by your provider for a proper work up. This could be herpes or any other STD / non-std. Be seen sooner rather than later.
