mysterious bumps are causing me problems!

About 5 years ago i noticed tiny little bump on the underside of my shaft about an inch down from the head. I wasn't sexually active at the time so i didn't think i had an std. Recently, however, i noticed they have appeared in a new spot maybe half an inch away from the already existing patch. Any ideas what it could be? The bumps are very tiny and are the same pigment color as my skin. They look very similar to skin tags people get but not nearly as big or bulbous. They don't cause any iritation and the only discomfort i get from them is knowing they're there.

these could be many things going on. the best thing to do is to be seen and get a proper work up done.
