You need to post the numbers from your test.

You had IgM testing which is a complete waste of time and money for herpes. Suggest to your provider that they read the 2010 CDC herpes testing guidelines. An IgG type specific blood test is what you want to take.

What prompted you to be tested in the first place? Do you have a regular partner?

if you are negative for hsv1 and hsv2 on herpes igg blood testing then you don't have herpes.

why did petal ask you why you got tested in the first place? because it helps us help you best. If you had told us you just had sex a week ago or that you had had genital lesions and a visual diagnosis of herpes 2 months ago, we would've given you advice that reflected that situation.
