one night stand ruining my life

Dear whoever might be out there I've been looking I've been looking over this forum quite abit lately and I've decided post about 13 weeks ago I had a unprotected sexual encounter with a woman I didn't know her just got pissed and did the deed anyway since then I've been tested for all stds  at 3 months including herpes because I started to have these sensations all over my body at 6 weeks like a stinging pain that presisted for the last 6 weeks I got concerned about 3 weeks ago when it got to my genital area so I had a doctor check me out doen there 2 weeks after it reached down there she said it looks and tested me for everything including herpes I don't know what test they used but I got my results all negative so my question sound like herpes??or is my doctor right and saying its in my head oh btw no red bumps or anything down there thanks in advance:):)sorry if its long and seems to be un interested just tryna keep my head on straight I'd love if grace could help me out my doctor said no further testing is needed should I trust her?sorry again

Thanx for the reply and I don't how 2 explain it but it feels like my skin is tearing but when I look there's not there it drives me nuts:(its horrible and its only answer I have 2 give u sorry:(((

well you were seen and your provider didn't see anything wrong correct?   the sensations you are describing don't sound anything like herpes going on.

I have been seen violated(she wasn't very gentle when inspecting me)and tested and now I come 2 u for advice u seem to be a  soft person and caring person so I'm glad u read my.post ok all In all are u siding with my doc its all in my head?cause I'm starting to believe it my self:)I can be confident I don't have herpes because of my test results??

whatever is going on, it doesn't sound like herpes or any other std.
