periodic itchy red rash/bumps at random locations

Hello - I got GHSV1 an years ago during and unprotected encounter. I got tested for std panel 18 days after encounter last year and which came back +ve for hsv1 only. Over the past year I am having small red itchy rash/bumps at random locations on the body. Only one tiny one appears at one location and 1 to 3 occur at random locations on the body during that time. Like one on hand between elbow and wrist , one on thigh or calf area and one on finger etc. they last for a week to 10 days and go away. They are itchy and irritating at times. Experience something similar again in a month or two. The rash is red, tiny and bumpy with a pointy in the center. There is no pus or any liquids ooze out of them. Below is pic of the rash

Is this any symptom of STD that was not caught in previous STD panels test. I didn’t get tested again after that. I am concerned and any insight is appreciated. I get anxious when i get them.

Okay, so you tested positive for hsv1 on a blood test? Do you have those results still? Do you have an index value on the test?

I ask because 18 days is really early to test positive, and I'm wondering if this was a pre-existing hsv1 infection, maybe an oral one.

What you have on your arm(?) isn't an hsv outbreak. I don't know what it is, but it's not herpes.

Herpes infects nerve groups, and genital herpes infects the sacral ganglia. This means you'd only get symptoms on your body from the waist down, and most often in the boxer shorts area.

Have you seen a doctor for these spots?

Yes, its blood test and test came with around 4. Ish. That was my first infestation. Yeah the rash is on my arm. Didn’t go to a doctor yet. Does any other STD has similar symptoms to what I described.
No STD gives you symptoms on your arm.

You really need to see a doctor. Keep your pics and show your doc in case you don't have the rash by the time the appointment comes around.

Good luck!
