Your hsv2 igg is a low positive and needs confirming before you can say you are definitely infected.

How was your gf diagnosed? did she have genital symptoms and get tested or was hers just a routine screening?

so my other blood test came back. Bear in mind i have never had an outbreak, but my gf recently did and she tested positive for both hsv1 and 2, that prompted me to take the test.

My results are:
HSV - 1:

igg - 1.95
igm - 0.80

HSV-2:

igg - 1.80
igm - 0.84

(Positive: >1.0)

so can i now say that im positive for hsv1 and hsv2 without a shadow of a doubt?

You had a test done that is not one that is done widely in the US so I"m sorry but I can not help you with your results.  I am not familiar with the test to know the false positive/false negative rates to comment properly on it. Sorry  I wish I could help more but I can't.
