question about hsv 2 ob

Question I haven't had my first ob of hsv 2 yet and I read a lot about the pain but most stories are from women and I was wondering if there are any men out there can give me some insight on what to expect? What was your first one like what were the next ones like?  I was told it feels like someone set fire to your genitals is that true any feedback would help I'm stressing waiting for the first ob to come.

I also get a weird tingling and sometimes itchy feeling like my clothes and irritating my skin in my arms back legs and sometimes even in my sides is this related to herpes at all.

Valid question.

What Terri Warren has said is that for some strange reason, some people don't get their first noticeable outbreak for weeks or months after infection.  There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

Well, I'm not a doctor (or any type of clinician) so if you're doing right by him then that's the way to go.

Best of luck on your testing.

I see what your saying I asked my doctor about that and he said if I'm positive the meds will not make me negative it will slow the growth of my antibodies but if it was a false positive my numbers will go down but if they go up I'm positive.  The discharge was clear and I saw the stain in my underwear
