the flu??

hey, i had oral sex for the first time thursday [well he went down on me, i didnt on him], on sunday i felt horrible my head & body hurts everywhere. So i left work early, the next day i had a fever, headache, my body was sore, i was dizzy and my glands were sllowen all day. My throat hurt so bad that i could barely eat anything. Today i woke up with my shirt soaked with sweat and i had no fever, i felt fine with a small headache & slighty sore. But i noticed above my lip i had like a few cold sores..is there any way i could have herpes?? im really scared...

I assume you also smooched your fellow quite a bit too first?  Sounds like you have an upper respiratory virus of some sort.

If you are wondering if the lip symptoms are cold sores - see your provider for exam and culture.
