I have a question I woke up with a cold sore and I busted it and not thinking a couple seconds later i touch my genitals to change my tampon could I end up getting genital herpes now
This would be virtually impossible as your immune system would prevent infection. Significant rubbing of the virus into skin must occur and transferring the virus using fingers also makes it difficult for the virus to survive.
