Weird ways to transmit herpes? Help!

I am freaking out about something. Yesterday night, I go commando in my PJs for vagina health. I do this sometimes. I forgot to put in dirty close basket. It was in my room on the chair. Today in the afternoon my sister was wearing of it. I immideatly tell her to get it off. She told me that she was wearing underwear in the pjs. Still, I am freaked out. Because my outbreak healed like 10 days ago. There was no outbreak present but I am affraid of shedding w/o outbreaks. Any help or ideas would be perfect. I am going crazy :(

I read somewhere that somebody transmit from a used towel while she was virgin. Hope you are right. Thanks very much
Your sister is safe. Hsv is not spread this way. It needs skin to skin contact and needs to be massaged in. The virus will not live in clothes like that.
