worried

I got out of a bad relationship where my ex had a affair a few months before we were to be wed. She may have had a cold sore I noticed a day after she went down on me. We had ruff intercourse one time and I my dick hurt but it felt physical.  I left got tested and I have hsv1 in my blood. She had it. My mom gets cold sores but I'm not sure if I did or remember ever having any. I went to a dermatologist 3 times because I saw a few pin like spots that didn't go away but they did vary a little in size and he assured me I didnt have it and I went to 2 other doctors that said the same qnd that they were oil folices. I the started looking for a wife again and found a amazing girl. I told her my concerns and she said I was crazy too. After we started having sex a month later she had bad back pain for a week she attributed to appendices and healed holisticlly. Over the past 6 months with her she has had back pain three times. Pain in her clit once, she has had what she calls mid cycle pain three months a day each time and headaches. Last week we were having sex and we changed angles and he said she was having pain above her uterus and she needed to lay down for a hour. She has not had any bumps etc that I can see nor have I had any lesions, popping ulcers etc. I did push to hard in the bathroom and I felt a hemroid pop which has been a litteral pain in the ***. I'm worried I hurt this awesome girl and she is reluctant to go to the gyno. What are your thoughts? I'm worried I hurt her. I'm so worried.

We dont go by symptoms to confirm hsv but by testing so just have another test.

How do I read it below 3.5 and its negative? I believe it was igg. How should I read the second test? If positive would this hurt my chances for healthy kids? Are there any other ways to test?

No they do not but as mentioned you need to confirm your status because if your infact negative her any symptoms shes haveing would not be hsv related.

Since you tested at 2.9 it falls into the false positive range and you would need another test to confirm you are in fact positive. Any number below 3.5 would require a second test.

I'm concerned my ex gave me hsv1 genitally through oral sex then I passed it to my gf orally or genitally. Its been horrible watching her in pain. I do not have hsv 2 the test was only positive for hsv1 2.9. I tested negative for everything else. We both want kids and I want my gf to be my wife. It troubles me my wife or kids could be in pain or have problems. I feel guilty and the unknown is really bothering me i feel paranoid and shameful. And without a culture test idk but I haven't had any blisters to test.

As far as herpes is concerned, I do not see any reason for concern.

You have an established HSV1 infection that is highly likely to be oral. This means that it is extremely difficult, bordering on the impossible, to be infected genitally with HSV1.

If you have concerns about HSV2, and as mentioned I see no reason to be, then you testing for IgG antibodies should allay these concerns. It seems like you had an IgG test and if this was more than 12 weeks from sexual intercourse with your former partner, then this would be conclusive.

Your current partner's symptoms do not appear herpes related in any way. She would appear to have some issues that would benefit from medical attention.
