hi doc im 19 years old an i had unprotected sex 4 months ago and a week later i started feeling a tingling on my scrotum an pain in my left testical sometimes it was dull but sometimes in was so bad i wanted to cry. the pain came an went away then come back in my right testical but it was usally after i was done ridding my bicycle. then i was working for a few weeks an legs an lower back started to hurt then i notice this pimply rash like little red bumps with my long hairs coming out on my thighs im male by the way it could of been a heat rash from my pants rubbing against my thighs i went an seen a doctor an he gave me somtime for a uti. i told him after i masterbated it burnt at the tip of my penis for like 5 mins after then it when away. but now 6 months later sometimes i get the tingling on my scrotum an movement of the testicals what could cause all this i got a urine an blood test done 3 weeks ago an everything came back negitive but im still worryed it might be herpes!
i had one doctor tell me they cant test for herpes unless i have open lessions but i went to a different doctor an they tested me
but im still worried an freaked out i went to 3 different doctors can got tested for everything an everything came back negtive noone knows my body like i do though but ill continue to see a doctor if it keeps coming back an yea i ride my bike alot everyday what you said about the bike i think your right because i got a new seat an the pain hasnt came back
many things that are non-std related that can be going on. continue to follow up with your medical provider or preferably an urologist if symptoms continue.
no discharge or anything after i masterbate thats not normal but little burning but it isnt very time i materbate but when i got off in the girl it burnt so bad i wanted to cry. but the burning went away after a few days but sometimes comes back an i got tested again an everything came back negtive
Some of the things you describe may or may not be related to each other. Sounds like the bike seat might have been triggering the pain in your testicles. The rash may be just as you say, from rubbing against your pants. Maybe some dermatitis of some sort from irritation and rubbing. Especially if you've been riding the bike a lot and you have loose fitting pants. Could also be a heat rash. What did you tell the doctor that made him think you had a Urinary tract infection? Can't really say about the burning on the tip of the penis. That would be something to get checked out. Any strange discharge coming out when it burns? Not sure any of this has to do with a herpes infection though.

if you were tested for herpes and were negative, why continue to worry about having it?
your symptoms do not sound at all like herpes going on. continue to follow up with your provider everytime you have symptoms.
