I got oral sex and tried to have sex but couldn't get hard so I never entered her vagina at all just kinda pushed against the out side with a girl I didn't know 4 weeks ago. the next day I had irritation at the opening and after I peed with a little bit of clear discharge. went to the clinic and they saw no irritation and said it was probably nothing but got a std  test done for just chlamydia and gonnorhea and they came back negative. still had irritation with a little testicular pain. took a urine sample and never called me so im guessing nothing came back back but gave me Bactrim at the visit took irritation of peeing away and discharge. butt I still had sex a couple of times after and one time got really irritared but all of the irritation went away with no sores within a day pretty much not even except for the two spot that are irritated next to the pearl penile papules. primarily on the left then also on the right. it looks like blood vessels that are irritated when I look close but I can see a little red area with no bump lifted off of it on either side right next to the pearly penile papules. it is just red areas that aren't really that big at all and are pretty unnoticeable unless I irritate them. I have a partner showing no symptoms. I can feel the lymph nodes in my groin but they have no pain. I have testicles pain. have noticed I have a lot more gas. also when I first noticed irritation I also got sick with the stomach flu I had no fever just wasn't able to eat anything not because loss of appetite just couldn't hold it down and it hurt to eat to much but after 5-6 days it went away and I was eating normally. After I started taking the medication I noticed I felt different looked up the side effects to the medication and a lot of what if felt looked like it came from that. I don't feel sick or have any flu like symptoms no fatigue I am still doing a lot of work and every once and a while I get a little headache. this has been happening for 4  weeks now like I said . the pain in the penis shifts from the left to the right never at the same time and some time I don't feel it like I said it doesn't feel as bad if no sex or masturbation. and the red area goes down but it still is kinda there after no activity. I have had my partner(female) look at it and she sees nothing and says im a hypochondriac. we had sex last night no pain during sex or during ejaculation but got really irritated after I had Vaseline that I was trying that helped a little before but after that didn't help much but since then it feels like irritation has gone down some definitely not as bad as after and it went from the right side to the left side. from the pictures I have seen on line it looks nothing like the sores or lesions or bumps because it does not raise off the skin. and the symptoms ive read doesn't seem like it is it but some are the same like the lymph nodes that is what im worried about because of the irritated spots. it is not the whole penis. and it almost feels like it is inside of my penis not even on the skin where the pain is.just looked at spot and they are not even red anymore really now just irritated. im scared and want to know if someone else has felt this or if it is in my head and its just sore from sex and masturbation, because until the irritation started I masturbated up to two times a day maybe even three times and had sex twice a day or at least once. I have always gotten sore easily and would just stop for a little and it would go away this just kinda calms down but is staying. any answers. also I go for a blood test tomorrow ( not a pcr to expensive ) for herpes had one for syphilis and hepatitis a couple days ago and tested negative for HIV/AIDS (they didn't test for herpes where I went it was a free clinic place). I just want to see if anyone can give some insight into situation.

I had no fever, but I went to the doctors today and she said she didn't see anything at the spots I showed her. she doesn't think that it is herpes because something should have shown up by now. got tested though she said if it is then the test should be able to pick it up. she is more concerned about testicle pain. the vasaline worked with taking irritation away after a couple days of use the two spot almost have no irritation. yes I am most likely going to hold off till everything is oked and I am sure that it is. thanks for the response nise to have someone to talk to about this.

Hi, the pain in the penis shaft could be a UTI from the oral sex but a white discharge should have developed about a week after. Youve had a lot of sex and maybe from yourself pulling and checking your penis have irritated it.
I would stop touching it, hold off on sex including masturbating, and see if it gets better.
As for herpes, you did have a fever after and have had some penis topical concerns. Test for herpes 3 months post exposure to rule this out.
